South Africa Trips
South Africa is a launching pad for ministry into various sub-Saharan countries including Zambia and Swaziland. Ministry in Africa is unlimited due to the overwhelming poverty, increased presence of refugees and lack of access to the Gospel message. From medical clinics and construction to discipleship and food distribution, teams can find numerous opportunities to share the Good News.

Climate The weather in Africa is seasonal and is based on opposite seasons from the US (because Africa is in the Southern Hemisphere). The weather in the winter (June, July, August) can be extremely cold (in the 20’s) and even snowed earlier this year. Summer (January, February, March) brings heat in the 90’s (which, in turn, brings out the insects). Dressing in layers is essential to conditions in Africa. |
